SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping Provider & Types

We’ve partnered with UPS to help ensure your order is delivered securely and on time. Orders for some products will process more quickly than others due to order volume and/or inventory status.

 

We offer the following shipping types

Ground: Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days (after processing)

Expedited 3-day Shipping: 3 Business Days (after processing)

Expedited 2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days (after processing)

Expedited Overnight Shipping: Next Business Day (after processing)

Freight Shipping: 5-7 Business Days (after processing)

 

* During the checkout process, all products that are qualified for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed, so that you can choose the best option for your shipment. Beyond Zero will take best efforts to ship according the choice selected, however the selection is not guaranteed for all items. You will be notified if there is a shipping choice change.

 

How much is expedited shipping?

We calculate shipping fees based on the following factors: destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping is available, a list of options will appear along with the shipping rates at checkout.

 

Order Shipment Times

Most orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. Processing of an order can take up to 48 hours. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, we recommend that you call our customer service team at 1-833-239-6630, who will work with you to arrange a ship date.

 

Order Verification

While we process your order, you may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to help ensure there is no delay on your delivery is to ensure all information on your order is 100% accurate.

 

Inspecting Your Order When It Arrives

Make sure you received as many cartons as are listed on the delivery receipt. Signature upon delivery may be required. Note any shortage on carrier’s delivery receipt and have the driver note the shortage on your copy. Carefully examine each carton for damage. If damage is visible, note this fact on the delivery receipt and have the driver clearly note the same on your copy. If the carton appears to have internal damage, insist that the package be opened. You and the driver should make joint inspection of the contents. Any concealed damage discovered should be noted on the receipt and on your copy. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If any damage, contact Beyond Zero immediately at (833)-239-6630. Retain damaged items. The damaged items, shipping cartons, and all inner packing materials must be held until a carrier representative inspects them or waives the opportunity to inspect. Photograph all materials and damage. Call carrier to report damage and request inspection. The call should be placed immediately upon discovery of the damage. Claims will be denied if not reported within 48 hours.
